1. General Provisions
1.1. The platform allows publishing of game projects that are either planned for development or already under development.
1.2. Publishing of game projects that do not meet the requirements listed below is prohibited.
2. Age Restrictions
2.1. All game projects must take into account their future age rating and avoid content that may violate the standards of age rating systems, such as:
- ESRB (US)
- PEGI (EU) 2.2. Projects containing potentially inappropriate content for children or teenage audiences may be rejected at the publication stage.
3. Prohibited Content
Projects containing any of the following are strictly prohibited:
3.1. Gambling or mechanics that fall under gambling laws (unless appropriately licensed).
3.2. Depictions, descriptions, or themes of a sexual nature.
3.3. Promotion of violence, hatred, discrimination, or extremism.
3.4. Direct or indirect references to narcotics or psychoactive substances.
3.5. Violations of intellectual property rights or use of unlicensed content.
4. Monetization and Transparency
4.1. Projects planning to implement monetization mechanics (including loot boxes) must comply with legal requirements regarding transparency and user protection.
4.2. A description of monetization plans must be provided to the platform administrators for review.
5. Review Process
5.1. All projects undergo moderation to verify compliance with requirements.
5.2. The platform administration reserves the right to block, delete a project, or request changes to its description.
